Pros: I met and worked with some incredible people who want and can make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Cons: The favoritism management practice for employed family members, the reverse prejudice/ageism is blatant and encouraged. No workshops to further our credentials. High turn over of management, and lots of temporary staff. No continuity of communication of care for those we serve!
