Cons: Standing and walking with few breaks.

Management appreciates the job I do.

Pros: My clients are wonderful and wr all ate a good fit. Makes the job fun.
Cons: Some do not appreciate how good they have it at Sunrise and take things for granted.

No rasises and short staff.

Pros: Helping the eldlery and giving something of my self to help those in need.
Cons: The least thing is no pay rasise in three years some poeple has been longer sincse they got a raise and they have no help they are burning out the good workers and we are have to look some where else for a better paying job with better pay and a better atmorsphere to work in when we are short staff the residents suffer the worst and so do we.
