I love working and helping the residents.

Pros: Talking to the residents making them feel better. Giving them extremely good care. Doing the little extra that needs to be done. Coming back to work when you had a few days off and someone has improved .
Cons: Seeing people die, and suffer specially the younger ones. The ones that come with cancer and suffer.

Pros: I love helping the 40+ people I see on a daily basis, I just wish I got paid as well as all the hard work I put in.
Cons: I feel I work harder than the other 10 employees that work on the floor with me, and I feel I give more love and appreciation to caring for those in need.
