Pros: The Pts and their families truly make me love my job when they are not only understanding but also appreciative.
Cons: VERY stressful at times; Often understaffed, Less than understanding boss and patient families. Little respect.

Do alot of research before you take a job. Some companies have a better reputation than others.Where I work it can be very stressful.

Pros: I love making a difference in so many lives, working as a CNA, RNA, and also working along side of Supervisors, scheduling doctors appt.and transportation.
Cons: Lack of communication throughout the facilty, Management likes to talk down to co workers.You have mutiple jobs for less pay.Pay rates needs to be higher.
