Pros: They go over and beyond to take care of the patients and employees.
Cons: Floating around you never know where your gonna work would like a permanent section.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Understaffed. Poorly run. Level of care is not up to par. Cna's are expected to do everything. No lockdown unit meaning dementia patients are all over the facility.
