Just glad I have a job.
Cashier in Alice:
Pros: I like socializing, meeting new people, seeing the usuals, carrying a speed conversions, and helping my customers solve an issue they may have.
Cons: I put so much of myself into my work and customers. There is no practical praise for the work done. You're pretty much invisible and working alone or with people who have nothing but negative things to say. There are no raises for your performances there is especially no team at this location.
October 2021
High stress, a lot of pressure when they have call ins, long hours as we are short staffed, fat paced, are made to feel like u have to cover for someone who calls out.
Cashier in Granville:
Pros: Fast paced, 40 percent discount, the ppl who work there are good. Most of them anyway
Cons: We are forced to feel alot if pressure if someone calls out and you cannot cover for them. We get the next weeks schedule only a couple of days before that week starts and it’s blamed on us that it’s not done. We all do shiftleader work but are only paid starting wage. The hours are horrible as I’m mid shift/closer so I can go in at 1 then close at 730. You don’t get an 8 hour day so basically she can put you on the schedule for 7 days a week at 5 to 6 hours a day and it’s not fair at all.
October 2021

Cons: I like it all equally besides my favorite.
October 2021
Cashier in Pink Hill:
Excellent company to work with, you work your own schedule as part time worker, they pay sick hours, they also pay bonuses if you work on holidays. More than a team, each crew are families working together making the store be successful on sales!!
