Fast pace, no guarantee of breaks, or lunch. Constantly changing work schedule without notice. It's up to the employees to check work schedule daily. Young supervisors promoted without any professional organized training.

And the power hungry young supervisors.

I love being a cashier but my Manager is Lazy and lies.

Working for the family dollar is okay if the pay was better for the amount of bs we go through everyday.

Pros: I like how people at batangas city prove that not all batangueno/ batanguena are stupid
Cons: Some people here discriminates service crew or waiter at a restaurant. Typically they feel you once they enter your restau that everyone is included in their payment

Pros: Changing your hours is quite easy, I can make myself available as much as I'd like.
Cons: They don't give out hours evenly to all workers, they over hire new employees which cuts hours for all other workers

Pros: How managers and co workers are so helpful
Cons: That you have 3 to 4 steps just to enter one item. And learning the ad and departments, so you can do your job. Without learning it there’s no way you could be a cashier.
