Pros: Contribution to children and the ability to impact lives.
Cons: Overloaded with work. Rarely recognized for taking on additional roles. High volume of employee complaints daily.

Awesome.
Call Center Team Lead:
Pros: What I like most is the interaction with the agents thru coaching sessions and huddles. It's like I am given the opportunity to get to know my people more to effectively manage their performance.
Cons: The fact that there are people that you need to let go even if you have given them your time and effort to help them maintain excellent performance. I feel that the time and effort spent was useless.

Cons: Night shifts, lack of support for freshers.

Pros: I like being a team leader because of the people I get to help on a daily bases.
