Call Center Representative Reviews
What is it like working as a Call Center Representative?
March 2023
A little too woke, but positive experience.
Call Center Representative in Portland:
Pros: They're understanding of us being human beings and not machines, and our mental wellbeing is cared about. And you really get what you put in.
Cons: Talking constantly for hours on end, and what program I'm on being switched where the sales quota is over double the previous program I was on. It was jarring and there was not a long enough training period before being expected to talk about the program, when I don't really fully understand it yet myself.
July 2021
I enjoy the company.
Call Center Representative in Atlanta:
Pros: The company has many different internal jobs and companies that I can work with.
Cons: It's not pushing me very much. It's fine. I plan to change jobs to gain new experience. It was a good job with average call center pay.
May 2021
Stressful.
Call Center Representative in Bellevue:
Pros: I enjoy that I an be a full time student with flexible hours and enough pay to cover my bills in the meantime.
Cons: How much pressure is on the call center to handle certain situations that are not our fault, also the pay I get enough to cover my expenses but barely. I live paycheck to paycheck
September 2020
Don't work here horrible management.
Call Center Representative in Alameda:
Pros: Some coworkers thats why I stayed this long.
Cons: Supervisor, Director and the constant feeling of the high school atmosphere.
November 2019
Average job. Just lost job 2 weeks ago.
Call Center Representative in Athens:
Pros: I liked it when I had a Manager/Care Adviser that was a phenomenal “Leader” (former Manager/Care Adviser). I don’t feel last “Care Adviser” really cared about each of her team members as an individual employee trying to advance and someday get hired-on as a permanent Whirlpool Employee
Cons: Lost the job over one phone call. Was told I yelled at the Customer - which is a lie. My scores were so great that next month/December I could have applied for Conversion to Whirlpool Employee. So it seems they may have “found” a reason to let me go.
November 2019
It is a opportunity to learn and grow.
Call Center Representative in Flint:
Pros: The fact that they will train you for you job and beyond
Cons: Low pay
September 2019
Fast thinker.
Call Center Representative in Durban:
Pros: Allows everybody to study for further education
Gives lots of opportunities to unemployed people
Cons: Commision robbery
