Business Systems Analyst in North York:

August 2019
Business Systems Analyst in Toronto:
At first the compensation is good, but annual increase is very minimal and the profit sharing is not so good. Even though you are trying to build your career path, the upper management (not my manager) is going to hinder you from doing so even if you have developed significantly with a set of skills to take further responsibilities.
August 2019
Highly Variable.
Business Systems Analyst in Cambridge:
Pros: The culture is generally good; people are generally collaborative, transparent, and really care about creating life-saving products. The benefits are also pretty good, if you care more about that than money in your pocket.
Cons: Professional/career development and opportunities, management style, and job satisfaction vary wildly across the company. People are surprisingly averse to data-driven strategy and decision making outside of science, so operations tends to be retroactive and lack resources and appreciation. From what I have observed, there is a fair amount of politicking and no clear, objective way to get promoted or a higher performance rating. You are better off working here for 1-3 years and moving on.
July 2019
Growth is slow and opportunities are few.
Business Systems Analyst in Johannesburg:
Pros: My ability to consult for other companies
Cons: Pay and trust are not given well
