Cons: If I have to go into the office, it's a minimum of 35 minutes into Nashville, and usually closer to an hour.

Cons: Working long hours including weekends to keep up with workload. Unhealthy work/life balance. Lack of active hiring during high turnover. Overwhelming workloads. Expectation to take on additional responsibilities due to high turnovers without reassessing compensation or offering opportunity for advancement. Managers lack of communication (no weekly meetings/updates/check-ins).
