April 2022
Working from Home - Long-Distance.
Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst in Midvale:
Pros: I love the ability to focus on my work without interruption, the opportunity to build trust with managers in multiple states, and I love the flexibility to work as effectively as possible by occasionally communicating the need for short-term flexibility as well as avoiding unnecessary corporate / company politics or conflicts.
Cons: I have less visibility and opportunity to meet with peers and leaders without a formal meeting setup. It can also be a disadvantage being unable to get quick-help or answers to quick-questions on the fly. I also (occasionally) would enjoy working physically with a team but generally prefer working from home.
