Pros: I get to work with numbers and decode tons of data to identify big-picture trends. My work directly decides the direction the company ought to take.
Cons: Numbers do not lie and have no perceptions: people do. So when numbers don't align with people's perception, we are forced to redo entire analyses again to verify if we have missed anything.
