Environment is okay, as are peers, but the pay is abysmal. I've been promoted twice but I still make 20% less than my market rate. I'm just waiting for my 2 year mark so I can get properly compensated. The work itself is fun and exciting, though!

Pros: Friendly coworkers and bosses, stocked kitchen, lunch, work phone, 401k, company match, health benefits, good loxation, room for growth.
Cons: Having to work over 50 hours some weeks, having to work weekends occasionally.

This is not a a professional business analyst role. It combines project and people management skills, with the business analyst skills being neglected in order to provide more of personal assistant IT role for a varied customer base with differing requirements.
