Beverage Management.
Beverage Manager:
Always look calm. Keep close track of your inventory. Never jump to conclusions. Remember you can always learn something from your employees. It's likely that the bartenders know more about the product and the customers than you do, so listen to their advice. The way you treat your employees is the way they will treat the customers. You can't expect the best from the employees if they do not have the best equipment in the best working order and constant support.

You have to love the beverage world.
Beverage Manager:
Get ready to learn the art of mixology. Learn the art of creating unique and fun cocktails. Learn wine, beer, and spirits. Read all you can. Forget what you thought you knew and get ready for the classics to come back.
