Benefits Coordinator:
Pros: I love the company I work for. It is privately owned by a group of family oriented people. My supervisor is very flexible with my schedule if there comes a time that I need to deviate from my regular work week. I like that the job itself challenges me to learn and grow in my HR experience. We here are often acknowledge through get together and meals. My supervisor even gives me notes of appreciation on a regular basis.
Cons: I have some accounting duties that I honestly do not know why they are my duties. It takes a great deal of my time and can be stressful. I feel like I'm being forced to do something that is not part of my job.
