Benefits Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Benefits Coordinator?
October 2023
Fast Pace.
Benefits Coordinator in Bellefonte:
Pros: Everyday is different and you will be taking on other peoples job duties as needed.
Cons: You show you can do more so they pile it on and do not compensate you financially for doing more than one persons job.
April 2023
What it's like working as a Benefits Coordinator at FCCJ.
Benefits Coordinator in Jacksonville:
Pros: What I enjoy most about my job is helping people navigate retirement and leave processes.
Cons: The thing that I least enjoy about my job is the pay, and the fact that Merit- Based pay is not offered.
September 2022
I work for clients that are mentally ill. I keep their bills paid and they have a home.
Benefits Coordinator in Springfield:
Pros: I manage the Social Security benefits of the mentally ill clients that are unable. I make sure their rent and utilities are paid and they have funds throughout the month.
I also handle all the office and administration details.
Cons: I feel like I'm being quietly fired. I get more responsibility but no more money. No appreciation or acknowledgment of what I am doing from anyone other than my immediate supervisor.
November 2020
Busy, but rewarding.
Benefits Coordinator in Tyler:
Pros: Staying on top of things, and coordinating employee events
Cons: Not being involved in meetings that I should attend
March 2020
Unappreciated, not valued.
Benefits Coordinator in Magnolia:
Pros: The people we work with, doctors
Cons: There’s no communication. Management is bearly at office, absolutely no training. They throw you in like it’s nothing. Only 2 BC’s in an extremely busy office running 3 columns, 3 doctors plus specialty doing overtime and management is taking advantage, over working us
November 2019
Challenging.
Benefits Coordinator in Chicopee:
Pros: I am allowed to make decisions on my own and I am not micro managed
Cons: Rules can be hard to interpret
December 2018
Interesting.
Benefits Coordinator in Baltimore:
Pros: The different places to eat, and how close everything is
Cons: Traffic and homeless people
