Pros: Easily accessable. Different Tourist. Both government and private sector. Trained staff.
Cons: Crime factor.

Pros: I really enjoy helping others, I enjoy being able to sit back and watch my staff give guest satisfaction.
Cons: I can't stand the running around our hotel. And the pay is horrible.

Banquet Manager:
Given the store location, the banquet manager's responsibility and pressure is far greater than other locations. To succeed, a banquet manager must work days, be given the needed time to focus on building sales, create great customer relations for potential banquets and return banquets, be organized, ask marketing for help with promotions, know your menu and prices, be personable, work within your guest's budget, follow-up, know the admins as they tend to set-up banquets for their bosses, come up with incentives, keep lists of good contacts, research nearby businesses, know your clientele.
