Pros: Meeting new people from all over the world. Interacting with the guests and making them feel all their needs are being met.
Cons: The pay. It is not what it should be. My captain makes as much as I do with the gratuity she gets.

It is chaotic to say the least. You have to be able to multitask. Especially when we have multiple party going on at once. I keel the work over head low. I oversee the set up of a large banquet. I schedule for these events.
