Bad office management Love helping people.
Authorization Specialist:
Pros: Helping patients, talking to new people all the time, I love when I am on the phone with a nasty person and I change their attitude by being really nice. Learning, I am always learning new things about the medical field.
Cons: Office manager!!! Some physicians feel they are above employees and we are all human beings and deserve respect and kindness. I feel like sometimes the bottom line financially is all that matters and peoples lives should matter more than the $3 copay they still owe.
