Pros: I love my crew and having a good time while we work.
Cons: I dont feel appreciated for the hard work I do. And my area manager wouldnt give me a transfer untill I promoted 4 more managers.

Pros: You get to work with a verity of people and you are never bored. You are always hands on and involved. You can bounce in your own time and get fit while off duty and also interact with customers directly and love their smiles on faces.
Cons: You need to know where your team is at all times, training the team and disciplining team members who are slacking. Manage complaints and issues on a regular basis high levels of stress during busy periods. Paperwork of cleaning regimes and risk assessments and also injury reports. Motivating the team when things are hard. Managing sick or late staff. Re training for health and safety and reports to head office.
