Pros: I love the ability to run my own business, and I also like the variability of the job. It is always a changing, fast-paced environment, and you have to be able to adapt to the situation in front of you. Finally, I love building relationships with clients, businesses, and coworkers through selling and networking.
Cons: The length of hours is the most taxing portion of my job. With the 50-60 hour work weeks, burnout seems to be almost inevitable.
