Pros: I enjoy being able to design new things and be creative at times.
Cons: The hassles you deal with regarding contractors, engineers and clients takes up so much time. At the end of the day, the client cares only about maximizing their budget, resulting in bad design. It's incredibly time demanding, and not worth the stress.
