June 2016
Administrative Specialist:
Be open to different circumstances, don't compare your salary to others since you accepted the salary, take care of your business and let others do their job. Don't spread rumors. Leave your home problems at home if at all possible. Be loyal and dedicated. Be Honest. Give a full days work. If you don't like your job, start looking for someplace you will be happy.
May 2016
On the job and hands-on training are the most important.
Administrative Specialist:
Learn as much as you can by being polite and grateful for the more experienced employees that are nice enough to train you. Respect for others in the workplace has gotten lost and people can be so rude!
