Pros: The ability to learn more and more new things everyday and accepting challenges and driving myself to succeed. Training staff and taking on new responsibilities. Managing hygiene and pest services.
Cons: Not knowing what where I will go from here.

Take advantage of all learning offered by your employer and/or anything you can afford to expand your skills.

That I Would Be Given Responsibilities Outside My Experience.
Administrative Coordinator:
Realize that it is not a 100 percentage office based job. It is not glamorous, it is physically hard work. You have to be able to work unsupervised and be motivated and manage your workload yourself. There is lots of communication with technical contractors and internal staff to assist you completing your duties and achieving company goals.
