Challenging, stressful and at times it can be satisfying.

Pros: The ability to develop effective and efficient reports for analysis, understanding and growing in my understanding of each yard location and upper management needs and the ability to assist in fulfilling those needs. I also enjoy the negotiation process for purchasing various supplies for our yard locations.
Cons: The redundant reporting demands that, in my opinion could be seen as a loss in time which translates to loss of money. Although I understand the needs to various views of data, I believe it could and should be made somewhat more streamline. I think communication between sales, yard location management and upper management regarding reported data is key to this issue.

I really like the company and the people are great. I think that they should pay more fairly instead of some people getting paid more while others are getting less for doing the exact same job. Wages should be higher but it's a decent job.

Administration Assistant in Sydney:
This is the company exploited workers not paying according to the job scribe. When someone left the company took them more than 10 months replacing the position and let the existing worker takes the burden. Most of the workers who works there more than 10 to 20 years still under paid and company not doing about it even workers have raised the issue to their managers or Human Resources department. Company don’t value workers years of royalty and experience services to the company.
