Cons: I don't get paid enough especially when I have to cover when management is away.

Our work is very disorganized and you basically need to teach yourself how to use all of the databases and how to do the job. Nobody seems to know what they're doing and if they know what they're doing, they won't share any advice.
You're on your own. You'll get paid badly to do it and you will work too hard while other people do nothing and earn a lot more money than you.
