Activities Director Reviews
What is it like working as an Activities Director?
June 2015
Activities Director:
Pros: Love working with my seniors and assisting them in moving their great ideas into workable activities for everyone.
Cons: Always very sad to lose a community member.
June 2015
Fun.
Activities Director:
Pros: Helping others.
Cons: Nothing.
May 2015
Administrative Concerns.
Activities Director:
Pros: Working with fellow employees and with the elderly. Leaving at the end of the day feeling like I had made a difference and promoted joy in the lives of others.
Cons: Head administrator is obsessed with micro-managing and has a passive-aggressive behavior towards employees. His treatment promotes unnecessary anxiety and frustration among employees. There is little, to no, positive support or comments...just negativity with the feeling that, even going above and beyond, will NEVER be enough.
