Cons: They know you're replaceable even though your bragged upon. Because of the shortage of employees, it doesn't matter how strong or weak your work ethics are, you can keep your job.

Cons: When someone passes away and we see children and family that have never come to visit while they’ve been alive. It’s hard to see them come in crying when I’ve never met them before.
