Pay stinks for non-faculty. Lots of wonderful coworkers. Culture is a false hierarchy and petty. Top heavy upper mgmt makes it a financial disaster. Univ. Keeps paying exhorbitant fees to consultants to do work that overpaide upper mgmt should be able to do.
