What is it like working at iLAB?

Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer in Johannesburg:
Pros: The drive to always provide the best services to our clients, hence the company gets more clients Worldwide
Great.
Information Technology (IT) Manager in Manchester:
Pros: Responsibilities
Cons: Odd hours
I have a passion for testing.
Senior Test Analyst (Computer Software) in Johannesburg:
Pros: The job always have challenges, be it co-worker related; a difficult task or even exploring new horizons with the constant and quick changes
Cons: Communication gaps or non-existing communication often leads to a very stressful day
Test Analyst in Cape Town:
Pros: There is an amount of flexibility with regards to the company we are contracted to when it comes to core working hours. As long as the job is completed they are happy. I have a fantastic relationship with my Test Lead and I am allowed to run my own time without too much over-site.
Cons: There is no communication with Top Management. There are no real benefits to actually working hard for the company as there is no type of rewards system IE bonus etc. There is also no recognition of the work we do for the client by iLab, we have assisted in the institution of 3 Major company changing billing systems for the client we contract to and it has never been recognized or acknowledged by the iLab managers.
Test Analyst:
There are no bonuses paid, Every time a dispute is brought up regarding pay etc it is brushed off by management. The actual salary is far below the Industry Norm. A lot of the staff feel that we are not taken care of by our management. There is no reward or any kind of satisfaction to working extra and putting in the extra mile for our clients.
