Zones Incorporated Reviews

What is it like working at Zones Incorporated?

Very busy addressing all issues from strategic to shoveling coal to keep the fires burning.
Global Account Manager in Portland:
Pros: I am provided latitude to oversee my book of business and manage my time
Cons: Zones operates on two tiers - those in the 'boys club' in glass palace and
Frantic pace, little support.
Support Engineer in Troy:
Pros: Working from home was the best thing to ever happen to this job - the office was a terrible place to work.
Cons: Other than being a half-decent paying job, it doesn't have a lot going for it. It earns most of its credit by not being worse, and a lot of people who stay have come from much worse companies still.
A College Job.
Service Desk Analyst in Hamburg:
Pros: It is simple, not too much micromanaging
Cons: Hard work/results are not rewarded, simply pat on the back.
Senior Account Executive in Chicago:
Terrible company, terrible owner and terrible management. Top reps are all leaving and taking pay cuts just to get out of this place. Terrible Culture. Comp plan and book forever changing regardless of relationships.
Unclear expeactations, no feedback or reviews provided.
Team Lead, Operations in Buffalo:
Pros: Dislike it
Cons: Micromanagement and lack of support
