Lots of potential for growth.

Cons: low pay and heavy workload for entry middle management positions
Portfolio Manager.
Portfolio Manager in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Good place to start banking. Opportunities to grow if you are driven. Really great people to work with, and environment is family friendly.
Cons: Compensation is good, but raises can be difficult to come by. Often you need to leave the bank and come back again to get a salary bump. Technology is catching up in big ways, but the process has been bumpy.
