Company is good, group needs improvement.
Senior Test Engineer in Holtsville:
Pros: Some flexibility
Cons: Too much work, too few people to handle the growth of the company.
Great place to be.

Pros: work life balance is good, technical challenges are fun
Cons: scheduling projects could be better, compensation practices could be more transparent, but it's not like they are at most places

Cons: 12 hour shifts with no overtime and very little opportunity to advance or get promoted
Stressful No family oriented long hours low pay.

Cons: People are favored and there is no fareness.the employees that work the hardest are treated way worse then the ones that don't work or show up to work. Managers have no Idea on how to do the job just a degree .
Great company just depends on your sub-organization/group.

Pros: Zebra as a company is pretty good. It really comes down to what group you are in.
Cons: I like Zebra as an organization and as a whole. However, the group and subsection I work in continually down sizes and keeps trying to cut costs. The employees are over worked and over stressed and the management team seems to ignore the problems and only see the dollar signs. It my group its not a very pleasant work culture. Other groups however seem pretty great, I want to stress that point.
