Workforce Solutions Reviews

What is it like working at Workforce Solutions?

Wearing a lot of hats in one role, but is can be fulfilling when everything works out!
Program Manager, Non-Profit Organization in Brooklyn:
Pros: I am trusted to do the work I'm given to do, and I can share my ideas and opinions openly woth my director.
Cons: Because it is nonprofit, a lot of work is placed on the few employees working and it can mean overtime most of the time.
Good work environment with co-workers in local office.
Service Coordinator in Lincoln:
Pros: the people i work with and the work i do
Cons: lack of transparency, lack of opportunity for upward mobility, pay is a joke.
Career Counselor in Charlotte:
The company is okay. I think the health insurance is pricey (but at least we get insurance). It was nice that we were able to work from home since mid-March, but they have provided little in the way of hardware for us. I am using my personal cell phone and should get a monthly reimbursement. For the seven months that we have been at home, I've received two reimbursements. Using my personal computer because none was offered to me. I enjoy my colleagues but the leadership at our office is not for the people. My supervisor is disorganized and I have to constantly follow up with her yet they keep giving her more to do. She cannot handle the team she already has. Sheer lunacy. I stay because I like helping those who come in off the street and have no other hope as far as career help goes.
