What is it like working at Woodforest National Bank?

Overall a good place to work, good 401k. Decent enough benefits although they have gotten less family friendly concerning insurance over the past few years. On the low to mid range when it comes to pay.
Woodforest is a rather large bank(over 800 branches) but still has touches of a small business feel to it at times. The CEO is approachable and not some corporate suit.
