Standard corporate America work culture. High expectations for "efficient" work aka working for free or long hours every week. Decent pay and benefits but jr staff tend to burn out quickly and are not promoted from within.
Fantastic.

Great local support, problematic upper global leadership.

Pros: The wide range of project that keeps me challenged and learning. The people I work directly with on a daily basis are great and I enjoy working with them.
Cons: That upper management does not seem to value their employees. Views them as easily replaceable and does the minimum in regards to "industry standard" for their employees.
The atmosphere and personnel are great, but huge gap of pay between upper management and employees.
