Pros: No micromanagement., that also comes with integrity that you must posses. Pretty steady work environment.
Cons: I can tell you one things for sure. Communication between managmenet could be drastically improved. Engage in your employees, they are the one doing the work for you. Dont speak promises and changes so highly, because they are never kept.

Pros: The ability to work without being micromanaged. I believe in integrity, so do your work and you will be fine. If you dont do your work eventually it will show and you will get yourself let go.
Cons: Communication between management and the employee could be a lot better. We never know what is currently going on, or even whether what the say is true or not. The compensation does not seem to be fair for what (certain) people do here.
