Winter Park Resort Reviews

What is it like working at Winter Park Resort?

Managing stock and inventory of over 2 million dollars at a time.
Warehouse Supervisor in Winter Park:
Pros: freedom
Cons: How stingy the place is and how willing they are to underpay
Under payed, under appreciated, and over worked.
Front Desk Agent in Winter Park:
Pros: My frontline coworkers and the relationships between myself, and my assistant manager and manager. I also love being able to help the guests coming in
Cons: We are given the brunt of it when guests are unhappy, even if it has nothing to do with lodging, and it goes unappreciated. Also for the amount of stuff we do for the company and the guests to make Winter Park Resort have a good name we are greatly underpayed and again underappreciated. Also there is a huge gap in communication between the high uppers of the resort such as the President and the frontline staff. They never even take the time to come by our office and even say hello or ask how we feel things are doing. They don't seem to care about our input, especially when we know what guests are looking for
