Wide Open West Reviews

What is it like working at Wide Open West?

Giving Top Notch Custer service.
Accounts Receivable Specialist in Columbus:
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Prior to working from home, the drive to and from work
Senior UX Designer in Denver:
I was given a decent chance at a role that was outside of my primary area of expertise. Management was not able to place me in a position to be successful, either by adjusting my responsibilities to focus on my key strengths, or training to better do the job they had asked me to do upon hiring. Unfortunately there were too many organizational issues that prevented ideas and concepts from the staff on the ground and the mid-level management to initiate need to change. So that caused a constant state of confusion and chaos.
Great place to be for those who are self driven.
Database Engineer in Naperville:
Pros: My department has a culture of autonomy, where if you show you can do the work and have fresh ideas, they will let you explore your creativity.
Cons: New executive team is a little less warm and friendly than the previous regime. Stress is higher as a result.
An indifferent place to work.
Warehouse Associate in Knoxville:
Pros: Lunch is paid for every once in a while. I’m free to do my work as I please as long as I’m productive.
Cons: No accountability, lack of training.
