Westgate Resorts Reviews

What is it like working at Westgate Resorts?

Administrative Assistant in Sevierville:
They do not pay as well as they say they do they pay new comers more then people who have been there for years and when you say anything you get threatened with your job the management is awful don't care about anyone but them selves they need to pay their long time employees better.
Jack of all Trades. Master Of None. Janitor for Marketing.
Lead Web Developer in Ocoee:
Pros: Freedom to try your ideas
Cons: When you try your ideas, you are given accountability but you no longer have control over your ideas.
Plenty of opportunities but none of the rewards.
Lead Web Developer in Ocoee:
Pros: The flexibility in how I work and what I work with.
Cons: The management is very two-faced and the only way to grow financially is by having a bonus plan that gets reevaluated every time you meet it. If you hit your bonus metrics, your bonus will can be held and when you ask to receive your compensation, you will be told that you are greedy.
General Manager, Hotel:
Westgate is home and my colleagues and team members are my family. I was fortunate to have and still have great mentors who helped me along my professional journee. I started as a bellman and worked my way up to resort general manager. I am one example of hundreds at Westgate.
