Pros: I enjoy the people I work with and I identify with the university's mission to expand access to education. Managing projects can be challenging and you have to have the type of personality that can roll with a lot of changes.
Cons: I started her 7 years ago and have found that upward job progression is slower and more difficult if have been with the company for a long time verses coming in as a new employee from the outside with the same level of experience and qualifications.
