Wesco International, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Wesco International, Inc.?
Great company!
Business Analyst, Software in Pittsburgh:
Pros: I love the people I work with. They help me out and I do the same in return.
Cons: What I like least is that there are pointless meetings that feel like a waste of my time. The company moves too quickly without thinking things through fully and is then reactive instead of being proactive in future steps.
Great job however, not rewarding.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: I appreciate the trust given to me with my work. The relationships developed within the entire company are very rewarding to me. We are now in a different location which is now safer and pleasant.
Cons: I wish there was more communication within my dept. I feel my mgr should be more involved with problems and display appreciation to us. A little acknowledgement would be nice from the higher ups too. Very displeased with lack of raises over the last 22 years.
Great company.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: Great benefits and flexibility. Work and work load aren't too bad.
Cons: The office is a stuffy stomp sphere, I wish it were more friendly.
Great company.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: The work isn't bad and the benefits are good. They're flexible.
Cons: The atmosphere is stuffy and I wish it was more of a friendly atmosphere.
