Wells Fargo & Company Reviews
What is it like working at Wells Fargo & Company?
My firm was the gold standard in banking when I first joined.
Financial Advisor in Hendersonville:
Pros: Flexibility in conducting business.
Cons: Lower production payout grid than other firms. Lower retirement payout than other firms. New cost cutting measures reducing overall compensation. This now happens annually and compensation plans never get better, only worse each year.
Fraud Investigator in Salt Lake City:
There is a lot of dysfunction going on in my department. The turnover rate is ridiculous. I have been there for over a year and only make sixteen dollars an hour. The manager keeps herself holed up in her corner most of time and you rarely actually see her. Most if not all of my co workers would leave and are constantly looking for other opportunities.
Analyst, Credit Risk Management in Harrisburg:
I love working at Wells Fargo. The bank really cares about its associates. They don't have multiple layoffs each year. I've been at other banks where it was normal to happen all the time. The pay is great and I work with nice and talented people.
Service Manager in Hamden:
Wells Fargo is a great company to work at. There are lots of opportunities for career development and growth. However, there is an area of improvement needed with the leadership effectiveness within the branches.
Unpredictable.
Analytics Consultant in West Des Moines:
Pros: Flexible and my direct manager is an exceptional leader.
Cons: Decisions made by senior management.
Okay.
Analytics Consultant in Charlotte:
Cons: Pay and training
Interesting.
Risk Management Consultant in Milton:
Pros: Flexibility and variety
Cons: Bureaucracy and extraordinary amounts of red tape
