Average experience. Grateful to have the flexibility to work remotely. Generally good coworkers. Inconsistent hours, sometimes less than 40 hrs due to poor scheduling and more than 40hrs and cramming to complete the work within tight timelines due to poor scheduling, planning and lack of staff.

Cons: Wells Fargo has changed benefits since all of the federal regulations (Ex: healthcare went from United to Aetna) which is not as good. Also I feel they are lower paying than their competitors US Bank and BOA

Used to be a good job. Now under new management. Rules change all the time, expectations change all the time. Schedules change all the time. They make you feel like your job is constantly on the line.
