What is it like working at Weatherford College?
It's a great place to work other than not having good supervision no planning no team work I do my work well but hard to take when others dont but get by with it.
Custodian in Decatur:
Pros: I work in another building that has work force cosmotology, welding, hvac, dental and cna the faculty/staff are great the appreciate my hard work and we all get along great atmosphere
Cons: My pay is low there is no teamwork and my boss is not a good role model as a supervisor very moody does not order proper supplys runs out of budget money it's really bad for me because I'm out of sight out of mind being in other building not around the others I end up fixing things and buying my own work related items instead of waiting for supervisor to do
