Wayfair LLC Reviews

What is it like working at Wayfair LLC?

Customer Service Manager in Ogden:
Wayfair has a lot of great people that work hard and collaborate to come up with the right solutions. The company invests well in engagement to build culture and build a good sense of team/company cohesion. Managers as a whole do well most of the time of working to understand issues and helping push for solutions.
Stressful at times but stable.
Product Manager, Software in Boston:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: Not a well distribution of skills and experience. The majority of management and leadership are either brand new to managing, or worked their way up at way
Highly stressful with high metric and negative motivational training pointers.
Customer Service Cashier in Galway:
Pros: work from home
Cons: no guidance
The people surrounding are great but management is awful.
Business Analyst (Unspecified Type) in Berlin:
Pros: The colleagues not yet high level management
Cons: Untransparency
Not quite there yet.
Machine Learning Engineer in Boston:
Pros: Free snacks and benefits
Cons: No stock options, lo-balled offer, rushed-up work environment
Opportunity to straddle between freelance and full time employee.
Videographer in Boston:
Pros: I work on set and can improve my skills in video production and cinematography. I get to work with a team in house, but I can still use the skills I gained during my time freelancing.
Cons: Since I am out of the office frequently, there is a misunderstanding about my role. I feel that people do not appreciate the work I do since it largely goes on outside of the office.
Opportunity to bridge the gap between freelance and fulltime.
Videographer in Boston:
Pros: I can improve my skills as a videographer/ cinematographer while enjoying the benefits of a full time employer.
Cons: Since I am out of the office so much, I feel that my job gets taken for granted and I am under appreciated.
