What is it like working at Washington University in St. Louis?

Challenging.
Registered Dietitian in St. Louis:
Pros: Love my patients and the families I work with - Pediatric providers are great and co-workers are very friendly, upbeat, and supportive
Cons: Don't feel like "they" higher management realize what I do - and do not pay me(and another RDN that works with me) market value for our credentials, experience and background.
