It can be very stressful at times especially if they are taking over 70% of my check.

It's a great opportunity to work on your people skills and be yourself.

Pros: I like that I get to interact with new people and meet new characters everyday. I like that I get the chance to see the good and bad in people
Cons: I don't like when it be days when I come in and have to serve customers and clean up behind my co workers
You get very over worked and overwhelmed.

Pros: It's like a family. Everyone's been there forever your treated like family and you feel it. Pay is competitive and you make what your worth and there's plenty of opportunities to prove yourself
Cons: Overworked under staffed long hours 50 hours a week And no one cares like you will
