WVU Hospitals Reviews

What is it like working at WVU Hospitals?

Under valued.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Fairmont:
Pros: I like that they offer tuition reimbursement and decent health insurance. That‘s about it!
Cons: Micromanagement, lack of appreciation and understanding of what’s happening at the ground level from upper management. Administration chipping away at our benefits, decreasing PTO and increasing insurance premiums and deductibles. It communicates an overall lack of appreciation for terrible working conditions we’ve been through over the last 3 years
Its satisfying as long as your working alone to do your own work.
Cook, Institution and Cafeteria in Masontown:
Pros: Preparing food for service
Cons: Other employees not minding there own business and jobs
The job itself is wonderful but the pay is ridiculous.
Patient Registration Clerk in Charles Town:
Pros: Helping patients and making their expierence with our office outstanding and rememberable.
Cons: The salary and management being mute on everything.
Exciting but demanding.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Morgantown:
Pros: Helping the sick people and advocating for the sick patients
Cons: Constant demands, extreme multi tasking
